Phat has over 15 years of experience in investment underwriting, valuation, financial modeling, accounting, and audit.

Before Willow Creek Partners, Phat was a member of the investment team at a private equity firm in the Washington DC area. During his time there, he underwrote over $200 million in acquisitions of real estate assets including multifamily, office, and mixed-use space in the Southeast US.

His experience also includes several financial positions at Fannie Mae, CapitalSource Bank, Allied Capital, and RSM McGladrey.

Phat has undergraduate degrees in both Finance and Accounting from George Mason University.
