Miles joined Willow Creek Partners in 2023 to lead the Real Estate Acquisitions team. Miles brings over 18 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Having deployed almost $1B of capital through development and acquisitions since 2010, Miles has a proven track record in executing institutional level development, repositioning, and capitalization projects for multiple asset classes.

Miles has successfully built strong partnerships with property owners, brokers, equity partners, lenders and capital providers. Combining solid experience in overall real estate valuation, finance, asset management, development, and principal investing, he has developed value-add strategies that have delivered attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Prior to Willow Creek, Miles helped buildout a nationwide data driven investment platform, for which he was recognized in 2021 as one of Globe St.’s 50 Under 40 and credited with “being able to perceive real estate technology’s future, while staying grounded in the present.”

Miles received his Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University in 2013.
