Tien has over 10 years of experience working in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, and bars with high-profile and demanding guests. Tien has developed a strong focus on customer service by understanding the importance of bringing warmth, friendliness, and reliability into the role of a service-industry leader.

Today, Tien serves as the Regional Leasing Manager for Willow Creek Partners. He leads teams of leasing associates to support and achieve property operational and leasing goals. He is also responsible for marketing and promoting the properties including creating brochures, flyers, and other materials to attract new tenants or inform current ones about upcoming events and changes at the properties.
